Payment and Refund Policy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

Scope of the Policy and the Products or Services It Covers

This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of access to Course A, a professional resource dedicated to studio production in motion. It covers studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and creating smooth high-quality workflows for television news and live shows. The policy governs transactions made through the website operated by premrixza for customers located in the United Kingdom. It does not cover third-party services or products accessed through external links.

Prices, Currencies, Taxes, and Any Additional Charges

All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. Value Added Tax at the prevailing UK rate is included where applicable. Additional charges may apply for premium add-ons or extended access periods. premrixza reserves the right to adjust pricing with notice prior to any renewal or new purchase. Customers are responsible for any bank fees or currency conversion costs incurred during payment.

Accepted Payment Methods, Payment Authorisation, and Payment Security

We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Payments are authorised at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways compliant with PCI DSS standards. premrixza does not store full card details. Authorisation may involve temporary holds that are released if the transaction is declined.

Order, Booking, or Service Confirmation and When a Contract Is Formed

Upon successful payment an order confirmation email is sent containing details of access credentials. A contract is formed when the confirmation is issued. Access to Course A materials begins immediately upon confirmation for digital delivery. Customers should verify all details in the confirmation email promptly.

Cancellation Rights and Applicable Cancellation Periods

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 customers have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase. Cancellation within this period entitles the customer to a full refund provided no substantial access to the digital content has occurred. Services already commenced may incur proportionate charges.

Refund Eligibility, Exclusions, and Non-Refundable Items or Services

Refunds are available for cancellations within the cooling-off period or where statutory rights apply. Non-refundable items include completed downloads, used access periods, and promotional bundles. Refunds are not granted for change of mind after the cooling-off period or for failure to meet technical requirements on the customer side.

The Step-by-Step Procedure and Information Required to Request a Refund

To request a refund contact info@nfts.co.uk or use the contact form on the Contacts page. Provide order number, payment method, reason for request, and bank details if applicable. Requests must be submitted in writing within the relevant time limits. Incomplete requests may be delayed.

Inspection, Approval, Rejection, and Notification of the Refund Decision

Requests are reviewed within 14 days. premrixza will inspect eligibility based on policy terms and usage data. Customers receive email notification of approval or rejection with reasons. Approved refunds proceed to processing while rejected requests include guidance on next steps or appeals.

Refund Method, Processing Time, and When Funds Should Reach the Customer

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing takes up to 14 days after approval. Bank transfers or card refunds may take additional time depending on the provider, typically 3 to 10 working days. Customers are notified once the refund is initiated.

Special Rules for Digital Content, Subscriptions, Services, or Promotional Offers Where Relevant

Digital content access begins immediately so the cooling-off period may be waived if the customer consents. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Promotional offers are non-refundable once redeemed. Early termination of subscriptions may result in pro-rata charges.

Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks, and Suspected Fraud

Failed payments must be resolved within 7 days to maintain access. Duplicate charges are investigated and refunded where verified. Chargebacks are treated as disputes and may lead to account suspension. Suspected fraud results in immediate account hold and referral to authorities while preserving customer rights under UK law.

Mandatory Consumer Rights in the Target Country That the Policy Cannot Exclude

This policy does not affect statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, or UK GDPR. Customers retain rights to goods and services of satisfactory quality and remedies for faults. Nothing in this policy limits liability for negligence or fraud.

Contact Route, Policy Changes, and Last-Updated Date

For queries use the contact form on the Contacts page or email info@nfts.co.uk. premrixza may update this policy with 30 days notice. The last updated date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
