Who operates the site and acceptance of the terms

premrixza operates this website as a commercial resource focused on professional studio production techniques for motion content. By accessing or using any part of the site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree you must stop using the site immediately. These terms form a legally binding contract between you and premrixza under the laws of the United Kingdom. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The site provides educational material on studio equipment setup, dynamic camera operation, lighting and sound waves, and workflow optimisation for television news and live shows.

Eligibility and permitted use

Users must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law. Access is permitted solely for personal professional development or legitimate business research related to broadcast production. You may view, download and print limited extracts for your own non-commercial reference provided you do not alter or remove any notices. Commercial reproduction, redistribution or systematic scraping is prohibited. The site is intended for users located in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions where such access is lawful.

Prohibited conduct

You must not use the site to transmit harmful code, attempt unauthorised access, harass other users, or engage in any activity that disrupts service availability. Content must not be uploaded or shared that infringes third-party rights, contains defamatory material or promotes illegal practices in the broadcast industry. Automated data collection tools are forbidden without prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and reporting to relevant authorities under UK legislation including the Computer Misuse Act 1990.

Accounts, submissions and user content

Although the site does not currently require user accounts for core content, any future registration or submission of material such as workflow suggestions or equipment reviews remains subject to these terms. You retain ownership of submissions but grant premrixza a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use, modify and display them. You warrant that submissions do not infringe third-party rights and comply with all applicable data protection requirements under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. premrixza reserves the right to remove any submission without notice.

Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use

All text, graphics, video demonstrations and other material on the site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. premrixza or its licensors own all rights. You may not copy, modify or create derivative works except for the narrow personal use described above. Trademarks and trade names remain the exclusive property of their owners. Any permitted use must include appropriate attribution and must not imply endorsement by premrixza.

Third-party services and links

The site may reference third-party tools, equipment suppliers or external resources for illustrative purposes only. Such references do not constitute endorsement or warranty. premrixza is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of any linked or referenced third-party services. Users should review the terms of those services independently. Integration with external platforms for live show production remains at the user's own risk.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

premrixza strives to maintain continuous access but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The site may be suspended for maintenance, updates or legal compliance without notice. premrixza may terminate or restrict access at its sole discretion if these terms are breached. Upon termination all licences granted revert to premrixza and you must cease use of any downloaded materials.

Disclaimers subject to mandatory consumer law

The site content is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace professional advice on studio safety, electrical compliance or broadcast regulations. While reasonable care is taken, premrixza makes no warranty that information is accurate, complete or suitable for any particular production environment. Certain consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and UK GDPR cannot be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under UK law.

Limitation of liability

Subject to the above, premrixza total liability arising from use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for access in the preceding twelve months or one hundred pounds sterling, whichever is greater. This limitation applies to all claims whether in contract, tort or otherwise and covers indirect or consequential losses including lost production time or revenue from live shows.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold premrixza harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your submissions or your use of the site in connection with television news or live productions that result in third-party complaints.

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in other parts of the United Kingdom may rely on mandatory local protections. Alternative dispute resolution options such as mediation remain available where required by consumer protection regulations including the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

Severability, waiver, changes to terms and contact

If any provision is found unenforceable the remaining terms continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. premrixza may update these terms at any time with notice posted on the site. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
